AD&R Inc. holds safety meetings before every project at each of its work sites and in its recycling center. It is very important to constantly remind our employees about safe procedures and to keep them informed about the work that they will be performing each day. In order to ensure a safe working environment, we make sure all safety guidelines are followed at all times. As part of our dedication to safety, all of our employees are trained on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), equipment safety, restricted areas, safe working environments, energy management and fall protection. All employees are trained to speak up about safety issues and resolve them as quickly as possible. As part of our safety plans for confined spaces and other hazardous environments, we create safe areas for spark producing operations to prevent fires.

We at AD&R Inc. are committed to providing the highest possible level of safety in all of our projects. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines, as well as continuing education and training, are utilized to foster safe work practices.
